COMPLIMENTARY SHIPPING:

Enjoy complimentary shipping on orders R800+ to main centers and R1000+ to outlying areas.

SHIPPING CHARGES:

For orders below the free shipping threshold, shipping charges will be calculated automatically at checkout based on your delivery address.

SHIPPING TIMES:

Orders placed by 10 am will be dispatched on the same day. Orders placed after 10 am will be dispatched on the following working day. Weekend orders will be shipped on Mondays.

Shipping lead times from the time of dispatch:

• Cape Town & Surrounds: 1-2 working days
• Main Centers (JHB, DBN, PE, PTA): 2-3 working days
• Outlying Areas: 3-5 working days

*Please note that shipping lead times are calculated from the time of dispatch. Bank Transfer orders are confirmed only after payment is received.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER:

Upon dispatch, you will receive an email from our shipping provider with details of your tracking code and tracking link. You will also receive a notification when the parcel is out for delivery. If you do not receive this notification, please contact us at  info@vividearth.shop with your order number, and we will be glad to assist you.

CANCELLATIONS AND CHANGES:

Once an order is confirmed online, it is immediately processed by our warehouse. Therefore, online orders cannot be canceled or changed after payment is received. After dispatch, you may cancel or change the sale in accordance with the Returns Policy.
